Pinbusters Pro Shop owner, Joe Shullek, has advanced to the finals of the 2010 Winter Mini-Eliminator after qualifying on Thursday with a 680 series.

The Mini-Eliminator is a scratch “mega-buck” tournament that runs twice a year at The South Point Bowling Center in Las Vegas and attracts bowlers from around the world to compete.

The finals will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2010.

Pinbusters Pro Shop owner, Joe Shullek, has advanced to the finals of the 21st Annual February High Roller tournament being held at Sam’s Town Bowling Center in Las Vegas, after qualifying during Wednesday’s single game elimination match play.

Shullek was off to a great start in Round 1 when he defeated Pak Wong of New York, NY, 212 to 163. Shullek’s winning streak continued into his Round 2 matchup against Jerry Keily of Lakewood, CO, where he trumped Keily’s 162 game with 194. Shullek’s good fortune raged on when the luck of the draw granted him a Bye in the Round 3 money round.  Shullek’s Round 4 win against John Bertolina of Foster City, CA guaranteed his advancement to the finals when he rolled a 222 game to bury Bertolina’s 184.

The finals are scheduled for Saturday, February 6, 2010.
